Hempleman, Akaroa

Nestled above the famous Akaroa Lighthouse, this 1980s property received a full interior fit-out after experiencing extensive damage from the 2010/2011 Christchurch earthquakes. The brief given was to create well-lit spaces that enabled the owner to fully utilise the indoor/outdoor space, without detracting from the views of Akaroa Harbour.

Valentine

A new build, the owners of Valetine required both useable lighting for day-to-day living with the option to change the space dramatically with through the use of thoughtfully placed led lighting where required.

Bradwell, Halswell

The owners wanted the flexibility of sensible, useful lighting and outlet placement offset with the ability to change the space when entertaining. This project included indoor and outdoor lighting, design and installation of hardwired audio and networking throughout the property.
